They had been involved in all phases of the development and management process for over 15,000 residential units representing billions of dollars worth of real estate at Daewoo E&C. They had track record of completing 18 projects containing mixed-use developments in multiple cities in South Korea. Currently the company is developing Seoksu Anyang Multifamily Portfolio in South Korea.

 

KBC Corporation

KBC Corporation is an international real estate investment, development, and management company based in the United States. It is also the REIT manager of KBC Residential and, in associate with local developers, supervises operation of development of the projects on behalf of its investors as the co-developer. Currently it is co-developing Seoksu Anyang Multifamily Portfolio in South Korea with Geo & Human.
